Description :   Unite Theatre for Social Action (UTSA) proudly announces the successful staging of the thought-provoking drama, ‘Shopnophul.’ This impactful production, which ran for six shows from November to December, conveyed a powerful message centred around girls’ empowerment, the prevention of early marriages, and the promotion of girls’ education, cycling, and higher learning. Written and directed by Sumon Sarkar, ‘Shopnophul’ captivated audiences with its compelling narrative and resonant themes. The play was produced by UTSA in collaboration with Diakonia under the HEART project, a testament to the commitment of both organizations to social advocacy through the arts. The staging locations included Pahartoli Sk. Rasel Park, Ambagan Colony, Beltoli Ghona, Wireless Colony Chattogram, Borogoun School Field, and Dashpara Chandpur, provide diverse communities with access to this impactful production.
