Description : Due to COVID-19 and the global change or the impact of the Ukraine-Russia war, employment in the informal sector like other sectors has been adversely affected. In this context, with the financial and technical support of Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), the Recovery and Advancement of Informal Sector Employment (RAISE) project has been initiated to reactivate small enterprises in urban and sub-urban areas affected by COVID-19, to increase the capacity of entrepreneurs and provide credit support, to increase the capacity and productivity of small entrepreneurs engaged in the informal sector of the country, and to involve youth from low-income families in sustainable employment through apprenticeship programs.
